Janusz Zaorski
Born in 1947 in Warsaw. Film director, screenwriter and producer. Graduate of the Directing Faculty at the Film School in Łódź (1971). In 1987 elected the President of Polish Federation of Film Discussion Clubs. From 1988 an artistic director of Zespół Filmowy DOM. In the years 1987-89 a member of the Cinematography Committee. Chairman of the Radio and Television Committee (1991-93) and the President of the National Broadcasting Council (1994-95).
Football fan and a keen tennis player.
