Declaration about sex equality in film industry signed during the 43rd PFF
We present press information of „Kobiety Filmu” prepared after the conference “Kobiety filmu 50:50 w 2020” (Women of the film 50:50 in 2020) held during the 43rd Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. Photographs of the female filmmakers were taken on 21st September 2018 in Gdynia Film Centre by Sławomir Pultyn and Jerzy Rados.

The Young Gala of the 43rd Polish Film Festival
We already know the verdict of the jury of the Short Film Competition of the 43rd Film Festival in Gdynia. During the Young Gala that took place on Friday, 21st September, 2018, on the New Stage of the Musical Theatre, non-statutory awards for the creators of feature films were presented too.
Additional screening of 7 Emotions
In relation to the popularity of "7 Emotions" directed by Marek Koterski, the organizers inform that in agreement with the producer, Wytwórnia Filmów Dokumentalnych i Fabularnych, and the distributor, Kino Swiat, an additional screening of the film has been planned.

One day before the final resolutions at the 43rd Polish Film Festival, the viewers can still see the most of the films from the Main Competition.

In relation to the popularity of "Clergy" directed by Wojciech Smarzowski, the organizers inform that in agreement with the producer, PROFIL FILM, and the distributor, Kino Świat, an additional screening of the film has been planned.
The 10th anniversary of Regional Film Funds
Due to the 10th anniversary of Regional Film Funds in Poland, the Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce and, operating within it, Regional Film Funds, which bring together all Polish film funds, invite to a jubilee cocktail during the Festival in Gdynia, which will take place at 1:00 p.m. in Gdynia Mercure Centrum (Omega room). This invitations is extended to everyone who possesses festival industry accreditation.
“Profile of a participant of the film festival” study
During the 43rd Polish Film Festival (PFF) a research project entitled”Profile of a participant of the film festival” has been initiated. It is a joint venture of the Pomeranian Film Foundation and the Institute of Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
